Please familiarise yourself with our Terms and Conditions.

Attending appointments confirms you accept our Terms and Conditions.

Client Agreement

In attending appointments the client accepts the following:

  • I understand that any complementary therapy treatment which I receive is not a substitute for a medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment by a qualified medical practitioner.

  • I understand that it is recommended that I see such a practitioner for any physical or psychological problem I have now or in the future.

  • I accept that treatment at The Kinesiology Room is intended for use alongside any conventional treatment and any the advice of my medical doctor is acted upon first and foremost.

  • I further confirm that all the details provided are true and accurate.

  • I assume full responsibility for changes I make and supplementations I use, including being responsible for ensuring there are no contraindications with any medication I take.

  • I understand that all information or guidance given by The Kinesiology Room is intended for my highest good and to bring about positive change and it is my choice to act upon.

  • I give permission for my details to be stored on The Kinesiology Room's database in line with The Kinesiology Room's Privacy Policy.

  • I give permission to be contacted in relation to appointments, treatments e.g. appointment confirmation or cancellation, session notes and recommendations.

  • I confirm that I am of lawful age and fully understand the contents of this document.

  • I confirm I understand the Session Fee payment terms.

  • I confirm I understand the Cancellation Policy.

Payment

Payment for sessions can be made anytime within the 24 hours prior to the appointment or on the day of your session.

We politely ask that payment is made no later than the day of the appointment and reserve the right to email an invoice for late payment.

Payment is made via Card, Apple Pay or Paypal. A payment link is provided on booking and can also be made via the website Session Payment Page.  

Cancellation

We require 24 hours notification of cancellation.

If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given, you will be required to rebook your appointment. 

If no notice of cancellation is given and rebooking the appointment is not requested, you will be required to pay the session fee to cover the cost of a lost session.
